1. What is Longevity (Beef) Liver?

'Longevity' (Beef) Liver is a wholefood supplement made from 100% certified Pasture for Life beef liver. Beef liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods in nature, providing naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.

2. What is Honourable (Beef) Heart?

'Honourable' (Beef) Heart is a wholefood supplement made from 100% certified Pasture for Life beef heart. Beef heart is a natural source of CoQ10, B vitamins, amino acids, and key minerals that support energy metabolism and overall vitality.

3. Where are your supplements made?

We are a small business and all of our supplements are manufactured in the United Kingdom from intentionally sourced 100% Pasture for Life beef cattle.

4. What is Pasture for Life (PFL)?

Pasture for Life is a UK-based certification that guarantees animals are 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised for their entire lives. This means cattle are never fed grain, soy, or intensive feed and are raised in a way that supports animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and nutrient-rich food production.
Products certified by Pasture for Life come from animals raised on natural pasture systems, reflecting traditional farming practices.

5. What does “freeze-dried” mean?

Freeze-drying is a gentle process that removes moisture at low temperatures, helping to preserve nutrients without the need for heat, fillers, or synthetic additives. In addition, all the nutrients within the food are maintained.

6. Are your supplements grass-fed and pasture-raised?

Yes. All our products are made using 100% PFL beef cattle, meaning the animals are never fed grain or soy.

7. Do your supplements contain any additives or fillers?

No. Our supplements contain:
  • The stated organ ingredient only
  • A bovine gelatin capsule
They are free from fillers, binders, preservatives, artificial colours, and flavours.

8. How do I take the supplements?

If you are new to freeze-dried organ supplements, we strongly encourage you to start with a lower dose and gradually increase. For example start with one to two capsules of each per day for the first week or two and increase by one capsule every two to three days until you reach recommended six capsules per day.
The recommended intake is:
  • 6 capsules daily, taken with water
  • Preferably with meals

9. Who are these supplements suitable for?

Our supplements are suitable for everyone looking to support their diet with naturally occurring nutrients from whole food sources.

10. Can children use them and at what dose?

We believe nose-to-tail organ meat is safe and highly beneficial for children of all ages, including toddlers. Consumption of organ meats is acceptable once children begin eating solid foods, reflecting what nature intended.
Generally, we would encourage starting with opening one capsule and mixing in with whole foods one to two times daily. Avoid adding to hot foods to maintain the nutrient profile.

11. Can I take these supplements with other vitamins?

Generally, yes. However, because beef liver is naturally rich in vitamins and other nutrients, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you are:
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Taking prescription medication
  • Managing a medical condition

12. Can pregnant or breastfeeding women take these supplements?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy, consult your healthcare professional before use.

13. What is the shelf life and how should I store the supplements?

See each bottle for the 'expiry' date but freeze-dried products remove all moisture so this makes for a very, very long shelf life when stored optimally.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed.

14. How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle contains 180 capsules, providing a 30-day supply when taken at the recommended daily intake of 6 capsules.

15. Are your supplements medicines?

No. Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

16. Do you offer subscriptions?

No, not currently as we prepare our products in very small batches to ensure you get the highest possible quality.

17. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at sales@primalstrengthnutrition.com as soon as possible.
  • Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they have been dispatched
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed

18. What is your returns policy?

We hope you love this product! However, if for whatever reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days. 
Due to the nature of food supplements, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days.
