Shipping & Returns

1. Where do you deliver to?

We currently ship across the United Kingdom free for all orders over £50.  

We also offer international shipping but please be aware it will likley arrive between 5-9 days.

**Please note that international (including europe) shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.**

2. What are your shipping costs?

United Kingdom: Free for all orders over £50

Europe: £10.00 tracked

Rest of World: £15.00 tracked

3. How long does shipping take in the UK?

Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped using a tracked service and you should receive an email and / or text message containing your tracking number. 

Although the majority of our orders are delivered within 3-5 working days, this could be slightly longer during festive periods. If your order does not arrive in this timeframe, please let us know here so we can resolve this for you

3. Returns Eligibility

Our intention is that you love the product you recieve however, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the product. Due to the nature of our products (food supplements), we can only process a full refund if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

• The product is returned within 30 days of receipt

• The product is in a resalable condition

3. How to Return an Item

1. Click here or Email us at sales@primalstrengthnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions.

3. Securely package the item and return it to the address provided (see bottom of page)

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect (shipping costs reimbursed with refund).

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will notify you once your refund has been processed.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• This will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:

• Damaged
  

• Incorrect

Please contact us at sales@primalstrengthnutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible.

We will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund (including postage)

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
